Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns of peptides due to possible product degradation. We will accept limited returns if a product arrives damaged — please contact customer service at support@apexpeptides.shop for instructions.

If a shipment is lost by the carrier and the delivery confirmation shows non-delivery, we will reship at no cost. If the delivery confirmation shows "delivered," our guarantee has been fulfilled and we will not reship free of charge.

If a product is missing from your order, please contact us. Once we verify the claim, we will send the missing item. All orders are documented and photographed prior to shipping.

Returns

If a return is accepted, you will receive a refund minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
